You tried to communicate clearly. You expressed your thoughts, your feelings, and your expectations in a way that was honest and real. You didn’t want confusion, so you explained things in detail, hoping that the other person would understand you better and meet you halfway. You believed that if you just said things the right way, everything would make sense.
But instead of feeling understood, you found yourself repeating the same things over and over again. You kept explaining how you felt, why something hurt you, and what you needed, but nothing really changed. It felt like your words were heard, but not truly understood.
